Course Description
Examines the scope of objectives, strategies, structures, measurements and incentives which bear on the management of an organization. An integrative, experiential management simulation comprises a key part of the learning experience.

MGP 240 project sim teams will hold in-person class meetings during Odd Weekend Saturdays, which include: 3/28, 4/11, 4/25, 5/9 and 5/23. During these in-person class meetings, your team will meet at 9am-12pm or 1p-4p. The teams will hold virtual class meetings on Even Weekend Saturdays. The virtual class meetings will be scheduled by the team, in conjunction with the Team Advisor.
